Altitude Entertainment is not responsible for changes due to weather, artist availability, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Harass staff or attendees
   
• Damage venue property
   
• Record or distribute content where prohibited
   

Violations may result in removal without refund.

All content on this Site, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Altitude Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Attendance at events is at your own risk. Altitude Entertainment is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
   
• Lost or stolen items
   
• Travel or accommodation costs
   
• Third-party actions
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
